How far in advance should we book?
Most couples book 9–18 months in advance, especially for popular dates and peak wedding seasons.
When will we receive our photos?
Your fully edited gallery will be delivered within 4-6 weeks of your wedding. Sneak peeks are delivered as quick as 72 hours.
Do you send sneak peeks
Absolutely! I know how exciting it is to relive your wedding day, so I’ll send you a small selection of sneak peek images shortly after your wedding. These are perfect for sharing with family and friends while you wait for your full gallery!
How are our photos backed up?
Your wedding images are protected through multiple layers of backup to keep them as safe as possible. Your images are initially stored on the original SD cards, with copies of each card made and stored separately. I also maintain an external hard drive backup as well as a secure cloud backup, giving your images multiple copies across different storage locations. This ensures that your memories aren't dependent on a single card, drive, or location.
What happens if you get sick or have an emergency?
I take your wedding day commitment very seriously and will do everything in my power to be there. Unless I am physically unable to attend due to a true emergency or serious illness, I will be there to photograph your day. In the event of an extreme emergency that makes it impossible for me to attend, I have a trusted network of professional photographers with a similar style to mine who can step in and ensure your day is beautifully documented.
What happens if your equipment fails?
I always bring backup camera bodies, lenses, batteries, and memory cards to every wedding, so equipment failure won't stop coverage.
